It has been stated in the discussion earlier about Lesley being relieved of his duties that this was Wren's doing. My question is, isn't the HC contractually in charge of his assistants? That's what I always understood, but I'm a nobody who could be way off.
What i mean is, obviously Wren wouldn't put us in a bad position, but is this encroaching on breach of Neal's contract if true? I understand the university and AD can intervene in situations regarding fired for cause but didn't know they could do this for performance without the HC being on board.
