Has the state of WV stopped people from stealing internet?

He would probably say he was burdened down with lawyer work, but in actuality he probably got his feelings hurt when the places offering free wi-fi told him it was intended for paying customers and not freeloaders like him. It's kinda nice around here without him, and it freed up some parking spaces at Tudor's and Sheetz.
It got rid of the odd smell the folks at those places were complaining about too. I picked up some chips and soda at Sheetz yesterday. It smelled like a spring meadow, not that eau de dead possum smell ol' Stinky reeked of. The kid working the counter said they had to replace the wallboard and flooring to get rid of the smell. Who knew Stinky marked his territory like an old hound dog?
