If you are a 4-5 star high school kid, why not sign with a WVU/Purdue/Syracuse/ Ga Tech to get some early NIL money, then transfer to an OSU/Ga/Bama/USC wth starting experience and cash in on the real big NIL money with starting experience? Will we see that next?
