Saw them against UK last season...hard to believe but UT has no players, certainly no difference makers an absolutely no QBing. But they have a new coach and QB and they'll be excited to play WVU but can't see them matching the Mounties scoring. 9 points is a tough number though for a team that is suspect on defense, back door could be wide open but I'm leaning towards WVU for the exact reason you stated!
