The bottom line is that the NYT and the Obama puppets are still upset that Trump pulled us out of the Paris Accord - an agreement that would allow China to keep increasing their carbon emissions until 2030 and gifted India with trillions of dollars whether they complied or not. It's more about the "redistribute the wealth" promise that Obama made than it is serious concern for the environment.

We already have and we should not destroy our country's ability to provide for our own citizens to provide for some fantasy that is climate change. We should continue what we have been doing and let the rest of the world do it themselves. Our country has already done enough. We do not need to give up more of our wealth to countries that will continue to do nothing but steal our money for it's crooked politicians.

This is not a new report! A lot of the scientific contributors are taking the NYT to task by pointing out that this is NOT a new report. It has been on the internet for quite a long time--weeks to months.
