The PAC 12 is taking hit after hit with reporting from everyone from SI, Dennis Dodd and the Sports Business Journal taking turns in pointing out the walls are closing in on their media rights deal. It was quite obvious that Yormark out-maneuvered George and the PAC by getting the Big 12 deal done ahead of the PAC. And Yormark simply outclasses George with his powerful presence.
To add an ironic twist, Canzano & Wilner, the PAC’s propaganda machine, featured a Brett Yormark interview right in the middle of this negative media blitz.
Every PAC school that has been mentioned has their home media openly questioning whether their future is elsewhere.
A random but timely negative was Washington losing the home and home with Ohio State.
George and the PAC’s arrogant comments regarding whether they would be “shopping in that (Big 12) neighborhood”, are certainly looking extra foolish now.
