   I've been to my fair share of big games. It's amazing how much you miss being there vs watching it on tv.
   Watching football on TV is nice since you see everything and you get the commentary from the announcers.
   But look at what you're missing by not being at the game:
   1. You get to sit next to people that haven't taken a shower or brushed their teeth for a few days
   2. LIsten to an in stadium announcer that's says the ball is somewhere near the 22 yard line????
   3. The sticks show 3rd and 7 and the in stadium announcer announces 3rd and 3
   4. You learn from your fellow seat mates how to structure many different sentences that start with You Su-k or What the fu-k ???
   5. Miss the smell of fried food from the concession areas
   6. You get to watch the visiting fans out yell the PITT fans
   7. Best yet you get second by second game commentary from the guy that sits behind you
   
   etc

I was at the Pitt/Marshall game on Saturday night. Far more Herdiots there than Pittyfuls. Pitt fans dressed in their usual gold seat costumes.

....and it isn't even Halloween yet. Boy, those Pitt fans do a great job of disguising themselves. It's like a magic show; "now you see me, now you don't".
