jmo but no wr fits with Jay Cutler. He is soooooo much a head case and got his $$$$$ at multiple places and I still dont know why. He has a strong arm, but has not won big anywhere. His personality and demeanor for a qb are just bad for any team at any top level.

I couldn't view the video on my IPad......but I'm of the opinion that Marshall would currently be the better option.
He's a proven high quality NFL wide receiver while White is a one year wonder at the college level. Don't get me wrong, Kevin has all the qualities of a top NFL receiver but potential isn't worth ypc or TD's.

Any mediocre starting QB can pretty much demand whatever they want. If the Bears cut Cutler tomorrow, someone would scoop him up and pay him a ridiculous contract. IMO the only guys actually worth it are Brady, Rodgers, Peyton, Brees. But the downside of not having a second tier guy like Stafford, Rivers, Kaepernick, Newton, etc is a situation like the Bills or the Browns where neither team has found a decent starter in over a decade.
