forgetable bowl season

Agreed, no nail biters and a bunch of who gives a shit bowl. One of which is the Cactus bowl. You know there is to many when you are taking teams with losing records. It cheapens them for sure

Worst bowl season of my lifetime, maybe in history. Already running trick plays halfway through the 2d quarter because the game is out of hand that quickly...just dreadful.

TOOOO many, the majority of which fell either into the 'who cares' category or big time matchups that were blowouts
Five New Year's Day bowls with the closest being Ohio State's 16 point victory over ND. The average margin of victory was 29.2 points. What a snooze fest! Let's hope today's games are better capped off by a Mountaineer win in the desert.

You were probably one that did think it was unfair when AAA State Basketball Tournament was 8 teams while the AA and A were both 4. Teams in teh Sun Belt, MAC, MWC, AAC and CUSA deserve to get as many chances for post season as the big boys do. And they were the ones that had the great finishes.

Only bowl game I watched from start to finish was WVU's.

About high school basketball I have not paid any attention to it since I graduated in 1971 and back then the Catholic schools did not participate in the WV State tournament.

Let's just add 15 or so more bowls and everyone gets an invitation.

My TV has an OFF switch. Check your remote.
That's funny I don't care who you are.
Lol!
Best one liner of the day.

To agree, if you don't like them don't watch them.

For us college football nuts, there's only 2 seasons, football season and waiting for football season. Don't care for basketball, baseball, NAPCAR and golf are for Sunday afternoon sleeping, and the UFC charges PPV to watch live. I like football, and college >>>>> NFL where it's all $$$$ and ridiculous owners like Jerry Jones with my CowGIRLS!

I like bowl games and can easily sit in my chair and watch probably 80% of them. The blowouts are kind of tough, but every now and then you get TCU comeback that makes it great. It's a great time of year if you're living in cold weather.

3X....................I like the way you talk. But, there are a few around hear that need a little Beech-Nut spit in their eyes!

EXCERPTS (ranking the bowls from worst to best):

3. Cactus Bowl: West Virginia 43, Arizona State 42 -- A fun, exciting game that featured a whole lot of points and not much defense. An excellent way to finish the bowl season.
Pre-game rank: 30

1. Alamo Bowl: TCU 47, Oregon 41 (3OT) -- What. A. Game. Oregon had a 31-0 lead at halftime, and then TCU matched the biggest comeback in bowl history to win the game 47-41 in triple-overtime. Just an absolutely amazing game.
Pre-game rank: 8

Ya have to wonder what kind of "man:p" complains that there's too many football games. It's like a man saying "there's too many strippers in here". Doesn't make sense in my book.
