Asked around about several prospects today with national signing day quickly approaching Wednesday and one I checked in on was Garden City (N.Y.) Nassau C.C. defensive tackle Tyrell Chavis. From talking with sources, I do not believe that West Virginia will be in the mix for him down the stretch. He officially visited for the Texas game and has two years to play two. He was at Penn State this past weekend for an official visit.
