I hate to be a negative person, but do you really think they’re gonna let Trump back in the WH? Is Trump what America needs? Yes. That is why they won’t allow it. 2020 should’ve taught everyone this. They never fixed what happened in 2020. It will happen again.

I'm sure they will try all in their power to prevent Trump from winning. I just have to believe if enough of us go to the polls and make our voices known, nothing they try will work. (unless they manage to kill him)

I do fear what you're saying, but I'm still trusting the voters more. Please go and vote. They can't cheat if it isn't close.

Exactly! Don’t ever give up!

It wasn't close the last time, but I get what you are saying. Yes, we all need have our voices heard.

Yes, I'm waiting for the next round of germ warfare to scare people into staying away from polling places.

It was close enough for them to cheat. Not all of Biden's fake votes were fake! Fortunately there have been some checks and balances set up since the steal, but it's still far too easy to harvest ballots, and plenty of these illegals Biden's letting come across that border you can bet will be voting. However we can overwhelm them with sheer numbers. Remember they had to shut those vote counts down in some swing states in order to determine how many more votes they needed to install Biden because he was losing so much worse than they had anticipated. This time, they won't be able to manufacture enough fake votes if we all get out there and vote!

Flu, RSV, and Covid cases are on the rise. Draw your own conclusions.

Trump won 49 out of 50 with just in-person voting. It wasn’t close at all. But, when you can count the same ballot 4 times that makes a hell of a difference. The same thing will happen again.

Oh no doubt they're going to cheat. The issue becomes will they be able to fake enough ballots to overcome a landslide?

Go vote anways. Giving up is certainly a path they hope we choose.

Here's how it's going to play out...

Trump's going to get the nomination. That's a given right now. It's also what the Democrats want as they know they can beat him.

Just not with Biden or Harris.

Trump is going to make this race about him and Harris. Everyone knows Biden isn't going to last another four years. If there is anyone who is even less electable than Biden it's that cackling idiot Harris.

About July/August Biden/Harris will remove their names from contention. Citing health reasons, wanting to stay with family, etc. The Dems will nominate some "feel good" moderate candidate who will run to "save America" from Trump yet escapes being beaten up in the primaries.

That person will beat Trump in the general as many moderate/independents will cast their votes against Trump to match those who vote for the Dem.

Watch and see... that's all I'm going to say on the matter.

Drop a few names on us who you think fit your scenario? Not disagreeing, but without names....it doesn't work.

@spartansstink just to test your theory in post #18, any of these names make it work for 'ya?

Joe Manchin? Andy Beshear? Tim Kaine? Bob Casey? Chris Murphy? Jacky Rosen? Gary Peters?

Those are some of the better known Dem "moderates" but I don't see anyone on that list beating Trump in a head-to-head matchup. The Dem's bench is thinner than our secondary! 🤣

Exactly! We're NOT going to put up with another "vote count shutdown" replete with a bunch of unverified absentee ballots added until the counting resumes.

LMFAO. They aren't acting like they feel confident they can beat him without Garland's help.

They're so scared & desperate, they're suggesting doing anything they can to keep Trump from even using his Presidential power over the Military as Commander-in-Chief!

No joke....here read for yourselves!

Fears grow that Trump will use the Military in dictatorial ways

excerpt:
bracing for Trump’s potential return, a loose-knit network of public interest groups and lawmakers is quietly devising plans to try to foil any efforts to expand presidential power, which could include pressuring the military to cater to his political needs. Part of the aim is to identify like-minded organizations and create a coalition to challenge Trump from day one.

Does that sound like the Left is confident of winning DJT?

Oh they're gonna find out soon enough what I'm going to do atl...believe that!

Imo, that scenario only happens with a Gavin Newsome Michelle Obama ticket. I honestly would not be surprised. It’s the liberal dream and sadly they probably would win

They'd energize the Left no doubt...but this country is not as far Left as those two! They'd get buried IMO. There is a good reason Dems settled on installing creepy Joe in '20 instead of getting behind crazy Bernie. Crazy Bernie was just a little too crazy for the country.

Biden OTOH is just an empty suit, but they were able to sell him as a so called "moderate" who could bring us together, all the while knowing he'd be easy to pull his puppet strings like a Left limp marionette.

I never thought they’d win the primary. I also don’t think Trump will win the general. I think either of them could win the general, easily. People are looking for any excuse to vote out Biden, unless Trump is the alternative option. Independents en masse reject him. They haven’t come back to the light.

In the end, I honestly don’t care who with an R beside their name is in the White House, as long as there is someone, Trump, DeSantis, or Haley. Of those three, I think Trump is the only one who could lose the general.

I don't disagree with the irrational hatred for Trump among some so called "independents" but unless one of his GOP challengers manages to find enough of them inside the party, they're not getting a chance in the general to run against any Democrat!

As for Trump's chances against a Democrat in the general, the reality of electoral politics is that base voters in both parties drive turnout. The fact remains Democrat base voters are not solidly behind creepy Joe Biden. He's alienated many of them over his vascillating support of Israel, for many of them on the Democrat Left, he has not been radical enough!

The American electorate while seemingly intractably divided, is stilll statistically mostly center Right. In order for a Democrat to win they must run against the base of their party. Biden is infirmed. There isn't a Democrat "moderate" on that party's bench who can appeal to enough center Right voters yet still maintain enthusiasm with the hard Left Democrat base voter needed to drive turnout.

Trump on the other hand has the GOP base solidly behind him. He in fact is now reaching out to those center right voters who are perhaps not hard core GOP, but nevertheless are fed up with the radical Left's policies which now define the Democrat party.

Trump can also win by continuing to chip away at traditional Democrat block voters. Blacks and in even greater numbers Latinos, are showing growing support for Trump's policies. So I reject the idea Trump can't win the general. However in order to run as the GOP candidate against any Democrat, you have to first win the GOP primaries.

Trump appears well on his way to do just that, then he can expand on his solid base of GOP support reaching out to independent center right voters better than anyone on the Democrat side can.

I don't see a Democrat positioned the same way in that party as Trump is in the GOP despite the irrational hatred of him among some so called "independents".

Do you? If so, give me a few names.

Trump.

He galvanizes the Dem base better than any Dem candidate can. When they turn out to vote, it won’t be for anyone. It’ll be to vote against Trump.

He's equally effective turning out GOP voters. In a center/Right electorate, base voters drive turnout.

@DvlDog4WVU ...have you seen creepy Joe Biden's re-elect numbers? (These are in a head-to-head v Trump)

Biden would lose in re-match to Trump according to CNBC survey

excerpt
The CNBC All-America Economic Survey also finds support for President Joe Biden at nearly all-time lows and that he would lose by 4 points to former President Donald Trump in a head-to-head race.

  • President Joe Biden’s approval rating fell to just 37%, according to CNBC’s All-America Economic Survey. It’s the second lowest approval rating of Biden’s presidency.
  • Former President Donald Trump beats Biden by 4 percentage points in a head-to-head match up, the survey indicates.
  • Seventy-four percent of the public believe it is either somewhat or very important for the U.S. government to fund military aid to Israel, the survey showed.
I resent that poll
iu

It's a poll of voters who don't like YOU creepy Joe...not even among your own party!

(from linked article)
Biden’s 32% approval rating on the economy is the lowest of his presidency, while the 63% economic disapproval rating is the second lowest.

I disagree on Haley. She will lose. Most people have caught on she is an establishment RINO.

That means the vote will be all over the place, especially if Manchin/Romney join up.
Not necessarily...plenty of folks are simply fed up in general and they view Trump as an anti-establishment, anti-swamp, anti-Globalist solution to the organized chaos.

@DvlDog4WVU ...more Biden polls

excerpt
Two-thirds of Democratic and Democratic-leaning registered voters surveyed by CNN and SSRS from 25 to 31 August said they would prefer someone other than Biden. Among those voters, 18% specified another candidate but the overwhelming majority – 82% – said they “just want to see someone besides” the current president.

(sorry this is behind a pay wall)

But there is this...

excerpt:
When asked why they would support a new candidate, 33 percent of Democrats cited age as their main reason, 32 percent said job performance, 12 percent said they will prefer someone new and 10 percent said Biden is not progressive enough.

Yes, I'm saying those that don't like Trump, but don't want Biden.

You've still got to smash that algorithm to avoid the cheating. What would be even better is if Trump could expose all the past illegal elections but you'd be going back awhile.
