Grilled a burger over charcoal and a few mesquite chunks. 85/15 (seasoned liberally with fresh cracked black pepper and kosher salt), two (deli cut) slices of American, three grilled slices of thick cut bacon, two slices of grilled yellow onion, one fried egg (over hard), a bun-covering of quick pickled fresh jalapenos, and ketchup, on a toasted-on-the-grill pretzel bun.
