I asked the guy working on this and he said this cell tower is temporary for this year and will be removed before the 2016 season. He confirmed what I had posted here before about putting in new permanent data infrastructure over the long-term with this concourse project. Notice how the hardware is oriented toward the blue and light blue lots.
Speaking of the light blue lot, it has been completely re-paved and marked. It has already been curbed on the west side by the edge of the hill overlooking the blue lot. They're getting ready to curb the rest. It looks great so far. Big Clay's tailgate may be a few degrees warmer early in the season with that heat radiating new blacktop.
