It's extremely important. If the Big 12 waits around this time it could be left without a chair when the music stops.

It's time to be aggressive. Everyone can see where this is headed so why not go to 16 now? As I have posted before, if we could have our choice of teams I would take

FSU
Ga. Tech
Clemson
NC State or UNC
Va. Tech
Pitt

We would have every state from FL to PA covered and a nice eastern division with Iowa St. moved in as the 8th team.

We could also do 4 team pods with Pitt, Va.Tech and the NC team.
