I have exchanged a couple of emails with Shane in recent weeks and days and he is incredibly pompous and generally seems unaware there is so much concern amongst the fan base. The fact that he has said nothing publicly since Saturday is surprising to me. After the Kansas loss, he went to AP with his statement of concern, at least.
