Enough Blame to Go Around but Coaching?

How many times do we lose fumbles by QB's or others on our own goal line or near it. Wasn't Shell still in the game at that point and hadn't we been moving on the ground? Don't recall what down Howard had the ball stripped but his history of staying in the pocket too long is starting to mount up in the loss ball category. Coach, "call for the rollouts and short tosses if you are down that deep and there is a need to toss the ball. Players dropping passes including the one resulting in a TD didn't help the cause any. Yep, everyone could of done a better job.

Look, we just got outcoached on Saturday. That does not mean our coaches are not good or need replaced, but we have to acknowledge things for what they are.

Not necessarily. Sometimes the other team is just better, has more talent. That was not the case against OSU. Their team was just better prepared than we were. That is the coaches responsibility. I think a lot of that could be contributed to the fact Gundy knows a lot about Holgorsen and his tendencies. It just looked like they were ready for everything we tried to do. Our defense just got exposed. I think some of the issues we saw earlier in the season, like against BYU, resurfaced.

Our defense just got exposed. I think some of the issues we saw earlier in the season, like against BYU, resurfaced.

So coaches are responsible for stripped balls and throws bouncing off a receivers hands for an interception?

If WVU ends up 11-1 or 10-2 it's still going to be a truly great season.

Not sure what you are talking about. I only said he got outcoached in one game. That is not a crime and it happens to a lot of very good coaches. Why do you turn that into non support for our coach? I have said that I am very happy with the turn around and still am. It seems you are making issues where there are none.

The Dana Fluffer is quick to take credit after a win but tries to deflect blame away from their messiah after every loss. We have been favored in every game to date by the Vegas odds makers so according to them we have underachieved. We have only beaten 1 team from the power 5 with a winning record and that was a weak K State team without a reputable QB. If it were not for Tony Gibson's Defense we would be 4-3 at this point. Shane Lyons needs to promote Tony Gibson to HC before someone else comes and plucks him away. Tony Gibson will be the next great coach from West Virginia and Wvu needs a true West Virginian on the sideline. We would be 7-0 if Tony Gibson were the HC.

So, let's see if I read you correctly. Everything you have ever done that had negative out come, all unkind or just nasty things said to others, all shortcoming that most would attribute to you and hold you fully responsible are, in fact, the responsibility of your parents. They just did not PREPARE you properly. All such preparation for everything that one does in this life, no matter their age or the circumstances, is the responsibility of the one who had chosen to teach and prepare them for future living. I read you loud and clear and feel you are missed the boat. Oh, but your pact of promptness to get to the pier on time is also a manifestation of the poor job done by your parents. Got it.
