I see the humor in it. When I was I middle school, we played a basketball game in a gymnasium so small that our center (Who was 6'2" then) could not get his feet behind the end line to inbound the ball. The refs called the first infraction until they realized it wasn't a matter of procedure as much as it was the laws of physics. That season we also lost our small forward. He went up for a rebound and broke both arms when he went for a rebound and got undercut into the cinderblock wall of a different gymnasium. Gotta love the facilities of the old schools here in southern WV. Thank goodness the state gave these kids better when they consolidated most of them.
