Good God. This reminds me ... years ago ... riflearm was arguing with me about Frederick being in Southern Maryland. Instead of just looking at a f'n map he was telling me how he knew all about Maryland and Frederick was considered Southern Maryland, and then finally said something really stupid like "well I'm from new york so it's all south of me"

Whomever is used as an object pronoun and Whoever is used as a subject pronoun.

or Him/her who educated you?
You'd use "he", so whoever is the proper word to use.
