Don Nehlen Celebrity Roast
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – (October 5, 2016) – The WVU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, WVU Varsity Club and Mountaineer Athletic Club are hosting a salute to Mountaineer Legend and Hall of Fame head coach Don Nehlen with a celebrity roast at the Waterfront Event Center on Friday, Nov. 4.
“Don Nehlen has had a hall of fame career at West Virginia University and has affected each of every one of his players and coaching staff’s lives on the field as well as off the field,” said Dale Wolfley, Director of the WVU Varsity Club. “He deserves this night to be honored and recognized for his place in Mountaineer football history.”
Cocktails will start at 6 p.m. and the dinner and program starts at 7 p.m.
Former WVU greats Aaron Beasley, Rich Braham, Marc Bulger, Major Harris, Jeff Hostetler, Brian Jozwiak, Mike Logan, Dale Wolfley and Amos Zereoue, as well as former long-time assistant coach and defensive coordinator Steve Dunlap will be on hand for a night of stories, sharing memories and fun for everyone.
Individual tickets are available for $150 and a table of 10 can be purchased for $1,500.
