So can someone explain why the cheat lake bridge on 68 is under work of some sort almost every other month for a week at a time and has been on and off like this for 10 years? I've never seen a bridge constantly being worked on seemingly underneath the bridge.
Is there a problem they can’t fix, is it in that bad of shape, or what? You can never see what’s being done… it’s typically the right lane shut down but nothing happening up top
