that foolish senator from KY must have stolen Mitch's bottle and consumed the whole thing.....how many more things will the previous administration be blamed for until people wake up and realize that the real thief is already in the house and has been for 61/2 years?

He didn't blame the previous administration. He said that Netanyahu's speech was a play from the Cheney book of plays, namely fear mongering. That's not blaming, that's using something as a point of comparison.

I listened to most of the speech (had to stop near the end because I had reached my destination). I thought it was a good speech, and he made several legitimate points. What wasn't discussed is how far the Iranians are going to get if we leave the table on this. That's the point of comparison that we need. If no deal means that their progress isn't slowed at all, I think that's something to take into consideration.

I listened to part of it, and read part of the transcript. It was a rousing campaign speech, but don't know whether it will help Netanyahu win re-election.

I honestly don't know what his prospects are in that election. I think he has at least one candidate to his right when dealing with the Palestinian situation, and I think all of the others are to his left on that issue. I pretty much assume that issue is the breaking point in those elections, but I don't have any data to confirm that.
