Honestly, people don’t realize the grift systems setup within the cities. They’re corrupt AF. It’s why they want it at the Fed level as well. Look how much most of those assholes are worth.
I remember when a friend of mine, that is a HUGE liberal, did some work in Chicago for a database company. They were setting up systems for the library system in Chicago, and he was shocked to learn about the "diversity" hiring requirements they had. And how those requirements were filled by a single corrupt woman running a placement agency out of her house and never placed a single person for a job. Tons of money the city required be spent on her "services". It woke him up and brought him out of that liberal mindset to see how much bullshit it truly is.

My daughter runs a Health care recruitment service for Hospital administrators. She faces the same sort of "requirements" in the candidates they must at least call in for interviews. Some sort of EEOC mandate filling positions that require or utilize Federal funding. It's a total waste of time as she has to sift through piles of obviously unqualified resumes just to find one reasonably good candidate to fulfill the requirements!
A certain number of them MUST at least be offered employment also, or the agencies receiving Federal funds get cut off!
Unreal.
The funny thing about that @roadtrasheer is Leftists choose to move away from those sh*t holes as a direct result of the exact failed policies THEY voted for!
