South Brunswick (NJ) Safety Phil Campbell just informed me that he will make his second visit to West Virginia a week from today on Thursday, June 25. Campbell was in Morgantown for the annual Gold-Blue spring game back in April. Remember West Virginia was the first school to offer Campbell also. He currently holds offers from WVU, Rutgers, Syracuse, Boston College, Temple and UConn. His lead recruiter is Brian Mitchell.
