7-0 in the 7th.
Let's be honest here. The Longhorns didn't perform to the level of their talent this year during the regular season and haven't in some time. Hell, they didn't even make the Big 12 tournament a couple years ago by coming in last place, which is absurd with the resources they have. I know they've been able to turn it on in the postseason some and pull a rabbit out of a hat. They've won at least one game in 37 straight NCAA appearances. That might end today with an 0-2 exit. Augie Garrido has won national championships in four different decades, but, Jesus, he's OLD. I don't expect them to fire him, though Patterson has shown he will send you packing as much or more than any athletic administrator out there(he fired/replaced over 100 people at ASU). Is there a retirement in the near future?
