Congrats on the bowl win, Marshall fans!

UConn, which went 2-10 in its first season under Diaco, won three of its final four games to rebound from a slow start to reach the St. Petersburrg Bowl.

UConn (6-7), which came up short in a bid to have a winning record for the first time since 2010.

Marshall is 4-0 in bowl games under Holliday, including a 20-10 victory over Florida International in the 2011 St. Petersburg Bowl. The Thundering Herd won the Boca Raton Bowl in 2014 and Military Bowl two years ago.

Holliday is 50-28 at Marshall.

lol... just move to the Sunbelt Conference already...

an offensive juggernaut like has never been seen before...I bet there were more people combined on the two football teams than were in the crowd....definite piped in crowd noise
Hahaha...What a slobber knocker of a game! Ratings through the roof! lol

UConn's D kept that from being a rout. I was worried you guys were letting them hang in there too long. I will say this - Doc made the right call with Litton this year

Congrats on your win. A game for the ages. I'm sure y'all are proud of that game and we will hear how great it was for months if not years to come.

It's obvious winning bowls was something Doc and Legg did not learn from Nehlen
