Chuck Landon: WSU vs. Kansas sounds like MU vs. WVU

Welcome to "Second Guess" Tuesday.
Here are the opinions du jour.
n The commentary on the Wichita State-Kansas basketball game had a familiar ring.
Too familiar.
That's because Kansas treats the Shockers in basketball just like WVU treats Marshall in football. The Jayhawks simply refuse to play their in-state rival.
But the NCAA Tournament took care of that. And, then, Wichita State took care of Kansas, 78-65, Sunday. That was the best part.
The second-best part, however, was how easily Marshall and WVU could have been substituted in the commentary for Wichita State and Kansas. The commentators had the exact same opinion about Kansas playing Wichita State as many of us have on WVU playing Marshall.
Kansas needs to get over its Self.
