Mechanicsburg (Pa.) Cumberland Valley 2018 athlete Charlie Katshir visited West Virginia yesterday and he told me that the trip was way better than he expected it to be. The versatile athlete told me he was blown away by the facilities, especially the weight room, and told me that he definitely plans to make it back down for a game this fall. Katshir has been in contact with Mark Scott but yesterday spent time with safeties coach Matt Caponi and the Mountainers are targeting him at the free safety position. He finished last year with ten interceptions and has already attracted an offer from Virginia, as well as interest from schools such as Penn State, Syracuse, Pittsburgh and Boston College. He told me he isn't looking to rush anything right now and plans to take his time sorting through all of his options.
