Sterling (Va.) Dominion lineman Tommy Christ was offered by West Virginia earlier this week and I was able to catch up with him to discuss his thoughts on it. First of all, he is very excited about the Mountaineers and actually camped in Morgantown over the summer where he had a chance to meet with the coaches as well as get a look at the facilities and the stadium. Christ has a number of power five offers including N.C. State and Virginia as well as interest from a long list of others. Christ is being recruited on both sides of the ball depending on the school but West Virginia wants him to play offensive tackle. His length as well as his feet make him an attractive option for the coaches to develop over time there. Christ told me he plans to make several visits this spring including a return stop to West Virginia. He hopes to have a decision by summertime.
