Dearest Ca - you have inmates.....many of whom are non-violent....wouldn't it make sense to use that inmate population to clear brush, litter, and debris from your woodlands?
@moe would be happy to help. It's an active policy out there to not clear out the undergrowth. Why? They are running out of water
California is such a rich state in every metric but remains a shit hole ..... only themselves to blame .
