Is that blue cheese top? I'm not a blue cheese fan but love hot sauce. My favorite restaurant here in Roanoke does a great buffalo chicken tender wrap with lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese. They put the wrap on the grill for grill marks which is really nice. Had some crumbles but not a lot. You taste the ranch more I think. Per their menu:
