More projections available this week with more diversity of picks for the Mountaineers. The ESPN duo finally unhitch their brains and make individual picks. I'm liking the Russell Athletic Bowl, with either UNC or Miami as the opponent. Either would be a great game.

Wow, I absolutely love the idea of WVU v. Stanford at the Alamo Bowl. My favorite bowl projection in years. Total contrast of styles. We might have a better chance to pull off that one than people would assume at first glance.

Its good to see that where starting to get some recognition. Being projected for the Russell athletic bowl and Valero alamo bowl is a step in the right direction. An invitation to these bowls would mean a much improved on field performance. An invitation to the liberty or cactus would signify nothing more than another mediocre season.

Finally, some changes that aren't Navy. Not that I have a problem with that, but I am looking for a quality opponent. LSU, Miami and Arkansas look intriguing!

I know it's still early in the season, but all of the projected opponents are quality teams - which would be challenging match-ups. No easy bowl wins listed in those.
