Statistics, depending on how you present them... can say different things. This list doesn't qualify anything other than how the OP wants them to. What if we looked at first year HQ's who just entered a new, tougher conference with a depleted roster? What if we took a look at first year ever HQ's who were new to their position? What if we just looked at a team that needed to step up to a vastly superior league? See where I'm going. The numbers would shift and change, I think.

All coaches and their staffs are pretty much created equal. It's just that somebody has to lose when a game is played. The winning team u$ually is the one that has been in the winner$ circle for a long time. Still, there ain't nothing guaranteed. Only when teams like Texas and Nebraska stumble can you make room for a team like Clem(p)son to squeeze in. So, there remains hope that maybe one day the Mountaineers will get their turn in the circle. We playing a bowl game in a day or so. I'm happy with that!

Maybe one day, if you ever move out of your mom's basement, you will understand what the phrase one of the worst means. Dana is 8 out of 10. There are only two worse coaches than Dana remaining. You are clearly a part of the participation trophy generation...

Snyder makes a little less. Patterson is close.

Todd Graham, Rich Rodriguez, Paul Johnson, Frank Beamer, Paul Chryst, Tommy Tuberville, Pat Narduzzi, Ken Niumatalolo, Tom Herman, and Frank Solich all made less than Holgorsen, and are much better coaches...
