No one cares about the Big12. Quite a few solid teams but Big12 could go undefeated and nobody gives a ratsass. The Conference has virtually no following and very little respect. Conference dead by 2023.

I certainly do disagree. We have real nice tv deal and eventually some independents or AAC schools may be able to step up and join. Regardless, we have been granted the right of a conf championship game without further expansion.

I think everyone said we were the best basketball conf last year and probably will be this year.

I don't think the long term prospects of the Big 12 look that good. The conference is geographically disadvantaged. Outside of Texas none of the other Big 12 states have growing populations. If the conference is to survive they need to expand into places with bigger population centers and not schools within the same state. One of the reasons the old swc folded was due to not having a big geographic reach. All the schools except Arkansas were in the same state. It didn't work then and it won't work now. The way the big 12 is going now it will continue to get watered down like the old big east until it becomes another of the best of the rest conferences.

What's it like to beat OSU, win your league, get left out of the playoff due to a weak schedule and choke in the Rose Bowl, Greggy? I would think the Rose Bowl would be the last place one of Jerry's Kids such as yourself be expecting to choke? The locker room at Beaver Stadium is where you boys do your gagging.

Oh yeah, didn't PSU lose to Pitt? Do they play D-I football these days? That game cost you the playoff without a doubt. JoePa would spinning in his grave if the stake through his heart would let him.
