with 6-6 being best case because of grad losses. We played tons of true and redshirt freshmen. While "satisfied" is not the term to use I am willing to be patient and await year 2 with Brown's system and his recruits......now time for basketball

No one gives a shit snow what you predicted. Besides, how can you even remember that far back you old bastard

Which is the era where most of the 12's in the 0-12 came from! You boys turned a little chickenshit in the age of plastics!
no.....your athletic dept turned chicken after the last 5 of the 12......when you threaten and can't back it up there are consequences......maybe your next round of AD and coaches will get the message and humble themselves....then we can talk....until then you have Doc and "the doctrine"...how's that working out for you

34 million ( at least) and no bowl......200 grand plus sending a bill to the taxpayers of west virginia because you couldn't sell more than 17 tickets to a bowl in some remote location.......now tell me....which would YOU rather have?..........and you guys call ME senile[roll]

Last year the Big 12 payout to each school was 38.5 million. CUSA paid their teams 200,000. It would take Marshall 192.5 years to get what the Big 12 pays us EVERY year. Marshall can't even afford to put a coat of paint on the goal posts at the Joan and yet some of their fans like Moron03 think we are jealous because they are going to a meaningless bowl game during the peak of the Christmas shopping season.

You're right, Buzzkill. Why would WVU want to go to yet another meaningless bowl game, and get those 15 or so extra practices to develop the young players who will have to contribute next season. Earlier this year, WVU paid money to be in a rinky-dink postseason basketball tournament, and Old Fold & Blew homers heaped praise upon tHuggs and crew for playing in it because the extra practice time was so badly needed to develop its young players. Now, Homer Caridi & Co. are spinning the fairy tale that extra practice time is so overrated...what a bunch of frauds.

not me.....i was against it from the outset......and shouldn't you be worried about how Athens native Joe Burrow is going to smoke your defensive backfield.?.....if you all even make it to the finals

Joe Burrow is a fine young man from an excellent high school (academically, that is) that had produced virtually no notable athletes until he arrived on the scene. (Former Bengals' punter Dave Green attended AHS, but he's barely worth mentioning.) Unfortunately, I will be forced to root against the former Bulldog and Buckeye, if the Bayou Bengals square off against The Ohio State University in the CFP.
