On the type of coach/recruiter that Dontae Wright is from those that covered him at Western Michigan and while it has proven more difficult to reach some there than I would have originally thought I have started to get some feedback.
The terms I keep hearing about him are "energetic and engaged," and is the type that really wants to encourage his players but doesn't miss opportunities for teachable moments. The energy aspect is one that people covering Western Michigan said stood out when at practice and in a lot of ways without meeting him yet, that sounds a lot like the guy he is replacing in Al Pogue. He's recruited in a lot of different areas so hoping to get some more specifics on the type of prospects he was involved with there but seems to be a juice type.
