Are you seriously teasing us about a team we just beat a few days ago? You haven't had a victory over a team that highly ranked in any sport... ever.

then I say good enough and let's go home and play Saturday.......you see my friend, we are playing not to get in the dance, but to see where we will be seeded.......sorry...I forgot....the "dance" is what we call the NCAA basketball tournament. It starts in a couple of weeks. You may have seen it on tv a time or two. As long as you root for marshla that's as close as you get unless you buy a ticket or have lil Detroit pimp his mama again to get you one. It's harsh but it IS reality

Funny how that works.
On one hand, you have cowards making fun of Michigan all season, despite them losing 3 starters for a majority of the season, and on the other hand, I've read where the Ears are 9/10 players deep.
Now there's another excuse flying out of the ole bag.
Refs cheated.
Rims were hard.
Poor lighting.
Beating backups.
Probation.
Just a typical day in the land of Ear fan hood.

When Marshall ever beats anyone of substance or EVER wins an NCAA tournament game, come talk to me.
We've already beaten Kansas the last two times we've played them.
With our two senior leaders and only true point guards out, in addition to BW not being 100% it will be very tough. It's always tough in Phog Allen Fieldhouse, but then again, Marshall wouldn't know anything about that playing at the likes of FIU, Old Dominion and Rice.

However, It looks as though Staten's absence is providing the eers with the perfect alibi for a poor performance. It's almost like they're relieved he won't be playing.

Other than the Capital Classic, I haven't watched Marshall play at all. I assume they haven't had any games on TV because I haven't seen any announcements of them being featured in the broadcast line-up.
