DH is not acceptable. We aren't Kansas or Iowa State who don't really expect to compete for the B12 title. We're an established football school with a history of success. I've been willing to give DH time because I knew it would take some time to build a program that's able to compete in the B12 (although TCU has blown that theory out of the water). We're mediocre at best and haven't made any improvements - we're no closer to competing for a B12 title than we were 5 years ago. I really don't think DH is a competent head coach and his teams are totally undisciplined - look at our penalties and turnovers the last few years which is a direct reflection on his leadership. Unless we totally turn this around, which I don't see happening, I think we have to bite the bullet and cut him loose at the end of the year.
