...are selling from the WVU end ?

My guess..not so well...

I'm betting not too well. This is the 1st Bowl Game I won't attend in a while. I only go to AZ if it's Fiesta, and I can fly to Vegas and drive down.

The date was good but AZ ain't my knd of place. Should be a rule, "Bowl games in Florida!" Daytona is 82 tomorrow with a 68 low tomorrow night. They know how to do it.

How about the frost in Dade county when we were in the Orange Bowl - it is going to be cold where ever WVU goes. It was cold in Orlando. It was not cool and rainy the last time in Jax.
It was very cold in New Orleans in 93. The worst weather they have had for the Pinstripe game. Nashville was frigid. And I saw frost every morning in Phoenix in 88.

Orange wasn't that cold. At least compared to WV or the temp in Clemson SC. As for the Champs Sports Bowl, yeah that was cold. Year before was even colder, wetter, & worse cause we gave Bowden & FSU that game.

I remember 2 Gator Bowls that the wearhwr was unbelievable and just okay. I remember 2 tire bowls with 1 having amazing weather and 1 not so much. The irony was in both the games the weather was awesome (I got a sunburn) WVU got embarrassed (by uva & md) and when the weather was crappy WVU won in thrilling fashion (to GA Tech & UNC).

Btw I refused to go to ny for a bowl game and Nashville I was sick as a dog and barely remember Wes rumbling bumbling and stumbling on those screens. I remember more thank the good Lord Eli didn't start for ole Miss and how dumb they were to stay in that man coverage defense.

In any event Florida bowl weather is better than WV bowl weather. I'm retiring there when I get to. Well for 7-8 months a year.

The only reason Ol Eli looked so awesome is because Nehlen had mostly 2nd string defensive players in at that point. WVU was more focused and more prepared than Ole Miss period point blank. They were not going to lose Nehlen's last bowl and final game. Tickets for WVU are not going well at all but my family in Phoenix told me last night that there is a good buzz about this bowl game there. ASU will pack the house and lots of Phoenix Metro people will attend just to watch a good game. This wil not feel like a bowl game for us it will be just like a regular season away game.

I find it interesting that no one is putting out any info on this question.

What's so interesting about it ??

The answer (presumably) is that nobody connected with the Program (or University) has interest in placing any kind of public emphasis on a sale number which (comparatively speaking) rivals the best......or worst......from the Oakland section of Pittsburgh. And that's not intended as any kind of editorial, as I myself couldn't care less who goes (or doesn't go) to any bowl game or for what reason.
