Damn straight we do...from what 3x Eng told me they are listed as 'banged up but ok' re: Keenan's post...need these guys
What did he hurt exactly?Coach Wallace said in post-game that Crawford kept his pads on the rest of the game and was running up and down the sidelines. Sounds like he'll be fine.
At first, it looked like he grabbed his clavicle, not his shoulder and I thought the worst.Looked like mckoy separated his shoulder
Not sure...but from my eyes on that turf he seemed to twist the lower leg just a bit when he went down under weight...had me pretty damned worried...What did he hurt exactly?
Me too. This kid is special. Not sure...but from my eyes on that turf he seemed to twist the lower leg just a bit when he went down under weight...had me pretty damned worried...
Agreed. Playing on a rock hard surface, the announcers words............not mine, nowadays with these great Field Turf products available is just flat STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Texas Tech field is like concrete. Not really fair to the players.
M anhandled Missouri, 26-11
O rdinary against Youngstown, 38-21
U nnerving miracle goalline tip/interception escapes BYU, 35-32
N o quit against Kansas State, 17-16
T urbulence tore up Texas Tech, 48-17
A nnihilate TCU
I mpale Oklahoma State
N ail Kansas
E radicate Texas
E rectile dysfunction Oklahoma
R oll over Iowa State
S uffocate Baylor
The way they worded it, the field's hardness was by design to enhance team speed. If that's the case, let's just play on straight asphalt.Agreed. Agreed. I can't imagine HIS own players thinking that rock hard surface is good for them either. Reminds you of when guys used to play on the old Astro Turf product. There are multiple NFL guys that years later can barely walk or get out of bed due to the leg and/or back issues caused by what amounts to playing on asphalt......The way they worded it, the field's hardness was by design to enhance team speed. If that's the case, let's just play on straight asphalt.

You probably won't see anything about it until they take the field Saturday. How about an update on Crawford and mckoy? Any new news on them?
Ok thanks. Really hoping they can play and be effective if they do.You probably won't see anything about it until they take the field Saturday.
If they do not play or, even, play hobbled we have a greatly diminished chance of winning. Simple as that! we become nearly one dimensional without their prince--passing game alone cannot win for us. Hope they both can play and be effective. Having some doubts about McKoy in particular. If one or both is unable to play I suggest we spend the week getting Crest ready to become a RB. Imagine what all could be brought into he package if he were playing consistently. Better to try him than blow the red0shirt on Pettway or try to go with only Shell.Ok thanks. It looked like he landed on the outside of his shoulder and hurt the collarbone where it hooks into the chest bone/ sternum. Technically, it's part of your shoulder. Impossible to say from TV how bad.At first, it looked like he grabbed his clavicle, not his shoulder and I thought the worst.
Love the crest idea!!If they do not play or, even, play hobbled we have a greatly diminished chance of winning.
