El Dorado (Kan.) Butler C.C cornerback Octavious Morgan received his first scholarship offer from West Virginia but it definitely won't his last. Morgan was receiving a lot of interest last year in the 2016 class especially from Kansas State but he did not have the academics to get out of junior college on time.
