An off season discussion about Conference Championship Games

(In a perfect world of round robin scheduling and moving the regular season games up a week)

If the Big XII had a conference championship game on December 6, 2014 weekend like all of the others and it pitted TCU v. Baylor in a rematch, do you feel that the winner would have been invited to the college football playoffs over Ohio State, et al ?
