Not a whole lot of interesting WVU stuff as they talk weights and S&C generally, but Al mentions Anthony Becht being 6-5 218 and beating Lafayette College out for him and ended up at 265 pounds. Also said that Brian Jozwiak was the strongest big kid he's been around, 319 pounds as a senior, and close grip bench pressed 515 pounds. He also ran a 4.97 40. He said the 1996 team really bought in to the strength and conditioning aspect of it and worked hard. Had alpha dogs and leaders in the weight room.
