Wife got me an air fryer for Christmas. I’d had been intrigued by them for a while so she pulled the trigger. I love chicken wings so it was primarily for that. I’ve now made three batches of them.
Call me pleasantly surprised. Not quiet the flavor of a fried wing because of no oil. But man they get good and crispy.
Didn’t bread them. Just a little salt and pepper on some fresh wings and it takes about 40 minutes.
Tossed them with a simple franks/butter mixture and they were fantastic. Need to start working on some different sauce ideas.
$10 for 24 wing pieces at Giant Eagle. (Can get them even cheaper at sams).
Thought I’d start a convo on airfrying for wings and other recipes y’all have used.
