It doesn't matter who you can live with. The American public(not even me) elected Trump. Elections have consequences.

Why aren't they supporting Pro Life candidates running today? Why are they so opposed to Judge Kavanaugh? What would be the difference between him and President Pence on that issue, or other issues involving Religious morals?

No he didn't win the popular vote he won the election which is not based on a popular vote but something called The Electoral College. It's like scoring a football game. You don't win the game if you outgain the other team in yardage. You win the game by scoring more points. You Leftists lost, popular vote notwithstanding.

Pence would seem to be motivated by religious issues and push a conservative agenda and focus on the conservative social issues which I don’t give a shit about.

McCain certainly would qualify as a 'resistor', but he's not a member of the administration and this coward claimed to be part of the administration.
Pence wouldn't write that, he'd resign or at least name himself if he was that against Trump's agenda.
There was nothing in that thing signifying they were a member of the admin, other than stating so.
There was also noting in that the 'resistor' expressly qualified worth "resisting". Tendering a resignation I guess wasn't worth the "resistance".

Why people cry over the "popular vote" is beyond belief. There is good reason, we won't elect presidents based on popular vote. Basically two states would control the entire country. What's good for the people in the crazy, socialist/communist-thinking, liberal states isn't good for the states filled with people who enjoy their freedom and treasure the Constitution.
The overwhelming majority of states voted for President Trump. It wasn't even close. Hilliary lost. BIG. Get over it. Enjoy the economic boom, your freedoms and appreciate them. Your wishes for a nanny state may come true one day. Who knows at this point? Communists/socialists are really gaining ground.
