the general consensus was that Kevin White was a top 5 pick. After watching ESPN it now seems Cooper has leaped ahead of White. Did something happen that moved Cooper ahead?
Maybe after talking to the Raiders they moved Cooper up based on what they said they were going to do? That would make sense as they are the Raiders.
