We can argue all we want about how the amount is reached and who's paying the bill but I know that kids from florida and the DMV and WPIAL will look at the amounts and if they can get 3000 at Va Tech or 3500 at Pitt and only get 1970 at WVU it will absolutely affect everything in recruiting.
