b12 has to consider an upgrade of these crews. kids just dont have any clue how the game will be called game to game... heck, play to play.

and its a b12 problem. i'm just not seeing it, as bad as this, in other conferences

The real problem is that the Big 12 isn't in charge of officiating The Dance.

Who knows what clown show refs we'll draw for our games.

to be clear, plenty of fouls called on osu today. these refs are not biased. it's just that these refs are bad or lazy.

all we can hope for in the tournament is a consistent whistle.

Game has gotten too physical. Players have gotten bigger (not taller, but broader). Not defending refs, but it's hard to determine what's a true "foul" and what's not anymore.

maybe that's it. these guys are too fat, slow, or lazy to keep up. maybe more officials is the answer. 2 for each 1/2 of the court.

I know....................WV only went to the line for 37 shots. Should have had at least 100 more foul shots. Refs just won't call what I see!

Not one to complain about the officials usually, but that first half really was inconsistent. Three separate instances I saw before the 12 minute mark where OSU players made hard contact with WVU guys and nothing was called. Then WVU got tagged with a few minor touches away from the ball. Heck one inbounds play in the first half involved Daxter taking a shot to his forearm while reaching up to catch the incoming pass and he nearly fell backwards ... no call. Second half an OSU guy bumps Meyers while he was attempting to corral an inbounds and we get a whistle. Both were technically fouls, but how do you miss the blatant one and catch the minor? It did seem to hurt WVU more in the first 1/3 or so of the game, but overall it didn't seem to favor one side or the other.

Big-12 officiating is like the old A-10 without the home cooking. It's equally bad for all involved. I've never seen anything like it.
