I was reading a Herdie commentary bitching about their schedule (appreciated his honesty however). He said they need to be playing P5 schools because, and I quote, "to be noticed by a P5 conference we have to be playing P5 schools".... HUH? Noticed by a P5 conference? Do they actually think they could get a P5 conference invitation? Seriously? Their academics are worse than any P5 school(excludes B10 and ACC immediately). Stadium and facilities would be the worst(there goes SEC B12?LOL) . No fan support. Would have to compete without props. Really? ACC is going to extend an offer to Marshall? Big10? SEC? B12? Maybe they can get in the Pac 12.... Sometimes I just have to shake my head..... but, it's so funny. Their jealousy of everything WVU is staggering....Everything we've earned, they think they deserve without doing 1/10th of the work.
Figure out your own funding vehicle for your med school without trying to take from WVU. Propose another tax and run it through the legislature... why keep trying to put your hand in WVU's pocket?
