The only question I would have with that ranking is Penn State. Other than their upset at home of Ohio State, their other wins have been against: Kent State, Temple, Minnesota, Maryland and Purdue. They lost to Pitt (who got 2 gifts at the end, almost fell to Marshall) and got hammered at UM.
