MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (March 11, 2018) – No. 5-seed West Virginia takes on No. 12 seed Murray St. on Friday, March 16 in San Diego, California, at the Viejas Arena at Aztec Bowl. The game time will be approximately 3:45 p.m. ET or 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game of Friday’s session.

The Mountaineer Ticket Office will have an extremely limited number of tickets available for this NCAA First Round matchup and does not anticipate all requests will be filled. Fans including WVU basketball season ticket holders and Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) members interested in attending the game are encouraged to explore other avenues for securing tickets.

The priority ticket request process for select members of the MAC will begin at 9 a.m. Monday, March 12. Members of The Summit, Stadium Suite Holders and Mountaineer Scholar level MAC members may request a maximum of four tickets per qualifying account. Gold Scholar level members may request two tickets per account. Available tickets in the WVU allotment are priced at $100 for reserved chair back seats and $66 for reserved bench seating. Ticket requests must be placed by 5 p.m. on Monday by calling 1-800 WVU GAME.

Should tickets remain after the 5 p.m. deadline an announcement will be made about availability for additional MAC membership levels.

Due to the extremely limited supply of available tickets, requests are not guaranteed and will be filled based on availability and Mountaineer Athletic Club annual giving level and priority points rank. Requests that are filled may be split and/or seats may be allocated in the upper level of the arena. Donors will be notified via email of the status of their ticket request no later than 8 p.m. on Monday, March 12.

A limited number of reserved bench tickets will be made available to WVU students at 9 a.m. on Monday, March 12, at the Mountaineer Ticket Office located at the Gold Gate of the WVU Coliseum. WVU students with a valid student I.D. may purchase one ticket to Friday's game on a first-come, first-serve basis at the ticket office or by calling 1-800-WVU GAME. Student tickets are $66 each and must be purchased in-person Monday.

WVU students will also be required to show their valid WVU student I.D. at the WVU will call window at Viejas Arena on game day.

Tickets are available for the West Virginia session only. All tickets purchased through the Mountaineer Ticket Office will be distributed at the West Virginia will call window beginning two hours before the Mountaineers' session at the Viejas Arena. Location of the WVU ticket will call window will be included in Monday night’s confirmation email.

Should the Mountaineers advance to the Second Round, MAC members and WVU students whose First Round ticket requests were filled, will automatically be charged for Sunday’s Second Round game.
